This isn’t an extreme weight loss competition. Every body is unique, and every person has their own journey. We do our best to lead by example and help motivate our clients in the right direction. Even we, as trainers, have worked through times where we weren’t happy with our own weight, our bad eating habits, our excuses not to work out and get fit.
